Insight Behavioral Center was founded in 2017 with a clear mission: to provide evidence-based,

compassionate mental health care that empowers individuals and families. Today we serve Central

and South Florida from offices in Winter Park (Orlando) and Pembroke Pines. Our multidisciplinary

team delivers personalized treatment using proven approaches, including EMDR, CBT, ACT,

Attachment-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Emotionally Focused Individual

Therapy (EFIT), Grief Therapy, and specialized couples and relationship work (Gottman Method,
